Copper VS Aluminum Radiator: You would find almost no difference between a copper and an aluminum radiator in the form of performance and maintenance but when their ability to resist corrosion and wear-&-tear is concerned, they differ for sure. Aluminum has more resistant corrosion capability as compared to copper, and this is why radiator manufacturers have started making aluminum radiators in abundance. When repairing is concerned, it is easier to repair the copper material than aluminum because of its less melting point factor. Hence, if an antique or older version of the motor is used, copper is recommended, but if not, they always go for aluminum radiators. 

Diameter of the cooling tube: Narrower the diameter, better the cooling system. The main purpose of having a radiator is to cool down your car's system. A narrow diameter-ed tube can solve this problem more efficiently. Tube spacing and fins per-inch spacing also play a major role in better cooling because heat transfers from them and this decreases the temperature. Thus, cooling is done faster.

Design of radiator: Design plays a greater role in radiators. Some radiator manufacturers give it important because the correct spacing between the tubes and right attach of fin allows a radiator to be more efficient and effective. The right type of design provides a significant decrease in temperature in the inlet and the outlet of the vehicle.
